- Billing cadence and spend patterns that help identify recurring subscriptions, duplicate vendors, renewal exposure, and ownerless tools.
- Evidence links and uncertainty notes so a founder, operator, or accountant can check every finding before acting.
What PlainOps never does
- PlainOps never moves money, edits invoices, changes accounting records, cancels tools, contacts vendors, or writes back to Xero.
- PlainOps never asks for Xero, SaaS, AI-tool, vendor, or bank passwords.
- You approve any action outside PlainOps, and you can revoke PlainOps access from Xero at any time.
The accounting evidence boundary
Xero is excellent evidence for billing, spend, payment, renewal, and supplier patterns. It is not live usage proof.
PlainOps will not claim that a seat is unused, a user stopped logging in, or a tool can be cancelled from Xero alone. Those calls require human review or approved product/identity-system evidence.
